Welcome to Buffalo Navy Week!
August 24 - 31, 2008

The U.S. Navy's various missions demand highly technical and critical skill sets from its Sailors. Some examples of the jobs Sailors execute every day are showcased during Buffalo Navy Week, including the Buffalo Navy 8K Run, Navy Flight Simulator multi-person ride, Navy Dive Tank, Navy Band Rhode Island Sound - with special guest performer, American Idol Finalist and Navy Musician, Phil Stacey - and visits to the Buffalo Naval Park.

Buffalo Navy Week is a coordinated event by Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO) for 2008. Navy Weeks provide communities opportunities to meet Fleet Sailors and learn first-hand about the latest capabilities and opportunities in the U.S. Navy.
